Due to different light and monitor settings the colour can vary slighty and all photos are enlarged for detail purposes. Measurements are given to the best of our knowledge. All pieces are handcrafted and variations should be expected.

Payment - UK

Bohobeads Boutique accepts PAYPAL (preferred), Postal Orders (uncrossed). With immediate dispatch.

Personal Cheques, Paypal e-cheques and crossed Postal Orders are subject to clearance before postage (7-14 days). If you do not have a Paypal account and wish to pay by cheque or postal order, please email us first via the contact form.

Payment - International

Bohobeads Boutique  accepts Paypal payment ONLY from overseas customers, in UK £. Paypal is a secure, easy method and will automatically convert the amount for you. Please email us before you checkout so that shipping fees can be calculated. If you do not email us before checkout, then we will send a separate invoice to cover additional postage & shipping costs.

Any other form of payment will be returned to sender - sorry, but due to high costs we are unable to process these payments in the UK

Postage and Packaging

Bohobeads Boutique  takes great care in your order so that it reaches you in perfect condition. All items are sent in bubble wrapped envelopes. WE ALWAYS obtain certificates of posting and larger UK orders will be sent by recorded delivery. If you would like registered or special delivery, this can be arranged at your expense - please ask before you checkout.

Delivery to UK is usually 1-3 working days, Europe 5-7 working days and USA & Rest of World 7 -14 Days

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred and if available.  Refunds will be issued in the payment form you chose to pay for the item. UK: Cheque or PayPal. All other countries: PayPal only

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility, and refunds will only be given for the price of the items purchased.

If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.

The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
